Dr. Youngho Lee,
Senior Consultant
Youngho Lee is a
Senior Consultant at Cox Associates, a Denver-based applied research and consulting
company that has entered into an exclusive technology development and consulting
partnership with Vissant Technologies. Dr. Lee specializes in wireless and optical network
design and optimization software tools. Dr. Lee oversees and works with Cox Associates'
eleven scientists and mathematicians to develop and apply computer simulation models,
artificial intelligence (AI) data-mining algorithms and predictive modeling methods, and
telecommunications network optimization software products to improve business and
engineering decision-making.
Prior to
joining Cox Associates in 2000, Dr. Lee was an Associate Professor since 1997 at Korea
University’s Department of Industrial Engineering. Dr. Lee also served as a
Distinguished Member Technical Staff (DMTS) from 1992 to 1997 at the US WEST Advanced
Technologies,
Boulder, CO where he led and
directed several research and development projects. Dr. Lee holds a Ph.D in Industrial
Engineering from Virginia Tech University, and an MS and BS in Industrial Engineering from
Seoul National University.
Dr. Lee has
published and participated in several working papers, conference papers and research
papers in the last ten years. Dr. Lee’s vast works have spanned areas such as
telecommunications, management information systems, service engineering systems and
